Mechanical Shock Testing
A light-gas air cannon accelerates test components in projectiles of 60 or 100 mm diameter to speeds up to 1,000 m/s. The projectiles are caught in the target area by a wood wool damping device — enabling non-destructive recovery of the test items for post-test analysis.
Protected Vehicle Testing
We support certification of protected civilian and military vehicles to STANAG 4569 in cooperation with official certification authorities. Ballistic tests up to 20 mm calibre and blast trials with hand grenades, RPG, TNT mines and PETN charges are available at short notice.
Measurement & Diagnostics
Our maintains state-of-the-art flash X-ray systems and high-speed camera diagnostics for all test types. Biofidelic dummies designed to realistically replicate the human body enable assessment of crew survivability during blast testing. High-speed video capture is available both externally and inside vehicle cabins.
